Thank you for choosing to stay at one of our cosy cottages or king suites. We are looking forward to seeing you and want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable. To help things run as smooth as can be, please take a few minutes to read our reservation terms and conditions. When you pay for your reservation, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: 2pm QLD time.
Check-out: 10am QLD time.
Please advise Management by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 07 4684 1144 if you plan to arrive outside of these hours.
All rates shown are based on 2 guests for the Sundown View King Suites, the Jasmine and Rose cottages and 4 guests for the Camellia Cottage. An extra charge of $50 per night is required if you require the sofa bed to be made up that accommodates up to 2 extra people/children. Failure to advise and pay for additional guests on your arrival may result in your reservation being cancelled.
Full payment is required at the time of making a reservation.
RESERVATIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
Accommodation Creek Cottages reserve the right to correct any information (including but not limited to, pricing information) and amend your reservation (in consultation with you) to ensure that it reflects the correct price or relevant information. Additional charges may be payable by you if you wish to proceed with the affected reservation. You will be informed of such charges if applicable.
Free, undercover parking is provided.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
To obtain a refund, you must provide a minimum of one (1) week notice in off-peak and 28 days’ notice in Peak season prior to your arrival date.
• Un-Relet fees will apply for a request to change or cancel a reservation that provides less than one (1) week notice in off-peak and less than 28 days in the peak season.
• All fees are forfeited for no shows.
• Should people vacate your accommodation early due to weather conditions, no refund will be given.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY NUMBER:
0413 380 324 is to be used for afterhours emergencies only.
MINIMUM STAYS & REQUIREMENTS:
Reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
STAYS OVER 7 NIGHTS:
For stays over 7 nights please contact Management to arrange for a payment plan.
SERVICING YOUR COTTAGE/SUITE:
The cottages and suites are fully self-contained, and servicing is not provided. If you require your accommodation to be serviced please email your request to email@example.com additional charges will apply.
WEEKEND & WEEKDAY PACKAGES:
Are released from time to time. Available dates are set and are specified when campaign is released.
Weekend and Weekday Packages entitle you to stay for 3, pay for 2 nights.
Not available on Public Holidays.
Not valid in conjunction with any other package or offer.
Weekend Package must arrive on a Friday and depart on a Monday or can be used as a late check out on the Sunday. Latest departure time is 10am Monday.
Weekday Package must arrive on a Monday and depart on a Thursday or can be used as a late check out on the Wednesday. Latest departure time is 10am on Thursday.
Due to the abundance of native wildlife, Accommodation Creek Cottages enforce a no pet policy. Exceptions may be made for "assistance animals" where proof of the animal’s status to alleviate the effect of a guest's disability is provided.
Please retain the receipt/invoice issued to you. This validates your length of stay. Please check that your arrival and departure date are correct.
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN:
All children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult when exploring or taking a stroll around the property.
Engaging in recreational activities are done so at your own risk.
Please be respectful of the enjoyment of others staying with us by restricting loud noise and large social gatherings between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottages or suites.
Open fires are not permitted.
Please be aware that surveillance cameras are used within our property.
Any damages caused to Accommodation Creek Cottages property or equipment will be charged to the guest.
All visitors should be registered on arrival. Guests are also responsible for their visitor’s behaviour. Any visitor that stays overnight must be registered prior to staying (fees apply).
If while on your stay, you take some happy snaps, we would love you to share them on our Instagram and/or Facebook page or email them to us to share. From time to time, for marketing purposes, you and your children may be photographed. Please advise the photographer if you do not wish to be photographed.
Any booking by minors (under 18 years of age) must have a responsible adult present. A responsible adult is deemed a parent/guardian or teacher. Typically, an 18-year-old who is part of the booking would not be deemed responsible in terms of answering for behavioural issues that may arise within the group.
All reasonable direction given by the owner of the property must be followed by guests and their visitors.
Accommodation Creek Cottages does not have a formal policy on the circumstances when a booking can or can’t be refused. As a rule, it is at the discretion of the owner of the property if any booking is accepted or not.
The following is not allowed under any circumstances:
Illegal drug use; Excessive use of alcohol; Undue mess; Unregistered overnight guests; Undue noise; Acts of violence or abuse; Smoking in accommodation; Unregistered vehicles.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN:
Please make yourself familiar with our emergency evacuation plan in case of an unforeseen emergency. Emergency Evacuation information is located in the guest information booklet in all accommodation. In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow instructions from the owners or the emergency agency.
